Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
Free shipping offers (if applicable) will be displayed before payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected serviceable PIN codes.
A fixed COD Convenience Fee of ₹80 will be added to all Cash on Delivery orders.
Wrong Address
If the customer enters an incorrect address:
- Contact us immediately.
- Once production starts or the order is shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
- If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Lost Packages
If a package is officially declared lost by the courier, we will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
